The experience

To simplify the explanation process lets define two parties:

• The Recipient - who receives the payment, the creator of the link.

• The Swapper - who uses the link to swap and transfer crypto.

The Recipient

Creating a link

To create a link, one needs to:

• Connect a supported wallet

• Select a supported chain and token that they wish to receive

• (optional) select a fixed amount that they wish to receive in the set chain and token (the amount can be tied to a value in stablecoins)

• Generate the link to share or use in ones socials or website

Modifying a link.

All created links can be seen in the users profile on our website. To access the profile, all on needs to do is connect their wallets used to create a link.

Any link can have their target chain and token modified. So one can create a link to receive any amount in USDC in Polygon and then change it to receive 100$ worth of ETH in Ethereum.

When one modifies the link, the link itself stays the same, but the changes take effect for everyone that uses it after the change. So no need to go back and update the link to start receiving a different currency.

The Swapper

The Swappers user journey varies depending on the fact that they do or do not have the target amount of crypto in the set chain and token.

If the Swapper has enough crypto to complete the swap, the transfer can be completed directly - no fuss.

If the Swapper doesn't have enough crypto in the target chain and token, that is where Swap2.me begins to shine.

Our users are presented with a simple interface where they can see the available balances they have in the supported chains and can select any available asset to initiate a swap and transfer to the target chain and token, in the set amount. All of the information for the recipient is predefined by the link, so no worrying about putting in the right address and the correct chain. Simple.
